Meditation, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy

I have become fascinated by the benefits of mindfulness and so thought that I would write a bit about my journey.
I once attended a Psychic Development Workshop and the main part of our sessions was meditation. It was pretty fascinating and something that I had never contemplated doing before.
I now find that regular meditation, even for 10 minutes each day, allows me to have full body relaxation and to take myself out of the hectic lifestyle that many of us lead. I have time to reflect on the day whilst giving myself some time out in a comfortable environment.
Hypnosis is another area which I enjoy and a friend of mine who is training to be a hypnotherapist has provided some amazing recorded sessions to listen to which are soothing, relaxing and a lovely way to "get to the bottom" of any problems I might be having in my life.
I think as our lives are so busy with kids, work, school runs, college etc. it is important to us all to be able to take a step back and just "chill out".
