YOGA RESISTANCE BAND LOOPS

Yoga resistance bands have a number of benefits when used correctly during a yoga or fitness session.


1. Using around the arms helps to build upper body strength 

2. Use the bands when doing the "Downward Facing Dog" to build hamstring strength

3. The "Bridge Pose" with Resistance Bands is a great way to build lower body strength including the glutes.

4. Use the bands for the "Dead Bug" exercise and build on your core strength and leg strength.

5. Doing the "Arm Pulse" with the bands is a brilliant way to build upper arm and back strength
