We operate a 14 day return policy whereby if you are dissatisfied with our product, you can return it to us and we will ensure a full refund is provided.

Alternatively, a replacement can be sent if you deem the item not fit for purpose due to a manufacturer fault.

All of our products include free postage and are dispatched to you within 1 working day.

Postage is via 1st Class Royal Mail for orders under £20.00.  Orders over £20.00 are sent 1st Class Signed For.  Where possible and if applicable we will ensure that you are provided with a Royal Mail Tracking Number so that you can keep an eye on when your items will arrive.
